I have been thinking about this a lot: How can I tell my blog-readers???
The thing is I have another life changing situation going on at the moment…
Anders and I are separating our ways and moving apart… Not to worry; we are still good friends and proud, very proud parents. But I guess we are just no longer the picture-perfect type of family. Looks like we are entering the modern-family category now :)
I’ve found myself a perfect little apartment. And from tomorrow and for a little while forward I will be busy painting, restoring and moving.
I know myself well enough to know that I will still find time to drop you a post once in a while. But now you know what’s going on… And this way it probably make more sense to you, why my blog posts have been less inspired lately…
Sleep tight and see you again soon.

1: bedroom 2: tomato (for pizza backing) 3: Anders 4: Miniatures 5: Vilja in the shop.
Late nights of work… Camera lens all fogged from a cold shift at tivoli. I promise you a lot more photos of our new shop soon.

….the big Christmas surprise Anders and I have been working on lately… it’s a new shop!!! A really really really small one (and only open for 2 month Christmas-shop) but still A NEW SHOP! It is going to be placed inside the beautiful old (1843) amusement park Tivoli!
The 16th this month is opening day and hopefully very soon we will have everything under control. But right now we still have a long way to go and time is flying. I am a stress wreck at the moment. But very soon when both shops are fully ready for Christmas I’m sure that will change. So sorry for all the mails and comment I haven’t answered lately, be patient with me please.
1: A road of books. Adults not allowed!!! -Sorry folks.
2: Finally found out how to post pictures directly from my very-smart-phone to the ‘Brinja Kbh’ facebook page.
3: Anders and April busy in the workshop.
Anders and I have made quite a big change in our everyday live recently. Anders is no longer a full time teacher! he is now part time self-employed at ‘Brinja Kbh’ and part time teaching.
From the very beginning of the shop more than 7 years ago, he has been a big part of the business. But work, in and around the shop, keeps growing and growing. And at the same time, we have tons of new ideas, but not enough time to make them real.
Hopefully this way, we will be able to do many more exciting new projects together.
I took my camera grocery shopping recently. I don’t do that very often. Actually I hate to shop, Anders usually do the day to day shopping around here. He likes it!
I like to vacuum the house. Anders don’t. -Perfect match, huh?
Vilja loves to help out in the kitchen… this time around: bread, pizza backing and cinnamon cakes. Uhmm.
The little skirt is another ‘Granny O’ design., don’t you just love it?
Have to run now. -You know, open the shop and all. Hopefully I will have time to check up on all your sweet comments later today.

Enjoying afternoon sun in our garden. Anders Fixing bikes, Vilja riding bikes and me sewing buttons into a bunch of new knit wonders from ‘granny O’.
If only everything the postman brought me were as good as this!
A beautiful Japanese magazine with pictures from our home.
This is part one. More to come…
We have been partying for the last two days (between work) Anders was a birthday boy yesterday and the two of us had a perfect night out while Vilja went to cousin Aprils place for a slumber party.
Today we’ve had cake, coffee and a sushi dinner.
I wont be as frequent in my updates for the next few weeks… in and out of town, vacation and work stuff.
Ahh, home again… Anders, Vilja, my brother, Lea and baby linus has been on vacation. We arrived home today. Vacation has been GOOD! Work starts tomorrow.
I have enjoyed every single minute of being away. But I can’t wait to get back to business! Pernille has worked hard all week to take care of the shop while I was gone. What a lucky lucky girl I am to have helper like her.
