Look who came by for a visit this morning. Cousin April and Vilja haven’t seen each other for more than a week now and when they finally saw each other today they screamed and laughed like teenage girls. So much fun these girls!

Two of my very favourite people in the whole world is having a baby!!!
Granny O has been knitting tinysize clothes again. And Lea and I have been eating cakes, talking about babies and sewn buttons in the tiny clothes.
My troubled-winter-thoughts doesn’t seem important at all, when I think of this little person waiting to come out and how lucky I am to be part of something so huge and so wonderful.

I have had a lovely weekend at my parents house on Samsø. ‘Granny O’ knitted the beautiful sweater for Vilja and I spend most weekend knitting a scarf that is not nearly done yet.

Christmas days in our home has been truly wonderful but not quite as quiet and relaxed as I had hoped for. Many unfortunate bumps on the way like; a winter flu, a computer breakdown, unexpected shifts in the shop, oh and a dishwasher breakdown including a mild flood in our kitchen.
Things don’t always work out the way you want them to huh?
Anyway, we had a perfect Christmas ewe party, Vilja is just happy happy happy and we still have a visit to my parents place at Samsø to come, YAY.

We have had some busy days here… Vilja has been ill and Christmas is all over the the shop.
We have some wonderful things to come, Christmas eve in our home with the family and a trip to samsø. I am looking forward to feel like a kid!

My wonderful big sister owns two very cool fashion shops in Copenhagen and she has recently started a new blog.

My brother took me to a Lautrec exhibit yesterday that made my heart beat faster.
And he brought me home made cinnamon cakes (which is my all time favourite kind of cake) isn’t it marvellous?
