I did the budget-mom version of Christmas gifts this year. A DIY grocery store made from an old drawer. Very simple: four sticks, fabric awning and some blackboard paint for the front. I found some old baskets and added an old calculator. Happy kids. Happy mom. All good.
Dear all. Merry Christmas!!
This has been my longest blog-break for ten years! I didn’t plan it. It just happened.
Thank you for your sweet concern, everything is fine. and thank you for your Christmas greetings.
When the kids are in kindergarten during the day. I’m working on cafë related projects. Michael is on the first floor. doing preparations before floors. When the kids come home we do christmassy stuff, like miniature-vinter-wonders and cinnamon-cookies.
Days fly by in such a rush. I try to soak it all in. Before we know it it’s Spring again.
Thank you all so much for all your sweet birthday wishes. Kornelius had a great day. So did VIlja. I think Vilja was even more excited that He was. She was looking so much forward for him to open her gift she couldn’t fall asleep the night before.
I’m sorry about the gabs and quietness around here lately. It might sound like a bad excuse. But the dogs actually almost ate my pc charger. Michael fixed it with lots of tape and a soldering iron.
We are preparing Christmas at ‘Cirkus is’ the days. Starting this weekend.
