I am making a new madras and sheets for Viljas doll pram, something I have been wanting to do for a long time.
It is hard finding time to do these kind of projects, when what I should be doing is bookkeeping. I don’t like this bookkeeping part of being a shop owner but luckily Anders is great at these kind of things and he helpes me out a lot.
Thank you for your thoughts and comments in my previous post.
Our new home/workplace is really coming together. A few picks from our living room.
Oh, also;… click!
I woke up (all confused) at 1.00 pm today… Haven’t slept that long since before Vilja was born. I am very much a b-person and having kids does not come along well with that. Ohhhh how I just love to sleep….
1: A selfportrait my brother made when he was 6.
2: Vilja playing with beads.
I see a great potential in this broken jewellery box I found on a flea marked yesterday. I’ve fixed the music box and made the ballerina dance. Now I just need to fix it up with a new mirror, a new inner and a new skirt.
Last nights pizza party and a quick peek at my new desk.
My screensaver is found here!
Ps: Thanks so much for all your sweet words about my dress design. I was a bit nervous about posting it. But your comments made me very happy:) thank you!
Anders and I have been thinking and talking a whole lot about how to arrange our worklife/homelife lately… We have had to give up the workshop because of water damage problems… all my materials and our office have been wrapped up in boxes for what feels like eternity now.
Not being able to find the perfect new place, we decided to move the workplace into our home.
Busy busy days…. Spring days are long and busy days in the shop. And at home we are in the middle of quite a big makeover….
I am lacking behind when it comes to mails, comments and blog posts… Hope you can have a bit patience with me.
On this very boring Monday, a German magazine arrived in the shop. It had Anders, Vilja and I in it.
