    will you share your recipe?
    Internet is fine, but family recipes beat those anytime.
    Do you use any kardemom in there?

    Did you ever think about using the circus car as a bed & breakfast in the summer? you’re so close to sea…
    But that would be an other line of business alltogether. Thought just popped up…

      Yep, a tiny bit of cardamom. I have made them so many times that I don’t use a recipe anymore. Originally it’s the recipe from this famous danish cook-book ‘Frøken Jensens kogebog’ but I think I have changed a few things over the years without thinking much about it. Next time I make them I will write down the procedure!
