WINTER DISH

I like my tiny kitchen… and I like ossobuco. What gives me the kick is the gremolata on top. A mix of parsley, fresh garlic and lemon zest, uhhm.

…and I like you!

    I always read your posts;I’m from Milano,and I’m pleased to know you like our traditional dish!It reminds me of my grandma,she used to cook it very often on winter.Happy new year
