Brinja Barista in the Circus Café
    (love alliterations)
Good coffee & a load of cinnamon bullar. Great idea.

Congrats still for Vilja’s 4th birthday, (and you with your 4 yrs of motherhood ;o))
Look at her go in those pics, she’s way too fast for your shutter to catch het on camera …
    When will she start school?

if you’re going around to different locations, make sure you have your own water supply.
Water quality can differ a lot. (it does down here) If you have your own supply of soft (!) water. You’ll have a stable coffeequality and it’s much better for your machine (good-looking machine btw).

    Nice plan B!

School is about three years from now. But she already looks forward to go. We play school around the house some times. I’m the teacher and she is the student with her hand in the air and knows all the right answers! (kind of like Hermione in Harry Potter. you know?)

I have some coffee-studying to do. Water filters are important-check! hopefully our water will be good and soft. The coffee machine is from 2007 but in very good condition. I can’t wait to get it started!
If you have other good coffee tips. Please send them my way :)

I hope to stay with you sometime in the future. You’re starting a B&B, don’t you?
I think its the perfect place to write a book… when will you be open?

That’s just great, 3 more years before school-rythm kicks in. Growing up like V. must be great, Half the time in Kobenhavn, the other half on the seashore. And being loved to bits everywhere…

Let Coffeema inform you on the maintenance & cleaning of the machine. A strict cleaning schedule will maintain your coffee quality and ensure a longer lifetime. They’ll be able to tell you how often. Same goes for maintenance.

While you’re at it, ask them if the machine could be fitted with a “cappucinotore”. This is a gadget that goes on one of the steam-pipes, It sucks up fresh milk & blows out froth. Frothing milk the classic way looks & sounds much better, but when it gets busy this gadget can save you loads of time… It’s good to know if this is an option for the future.
Enjoy the preparations of the whole show & figuring out which coffee-brand to use with your machine/water etc. Some brands might be willing to help out with materials (cups/advertisement/parasols…). And home-made kanelbullar & brownies!
